Refund policy

1. Nature of Custom Artwork
All custom flower preservation art created by Ever Sage constitutes original works of art. As with all artistic endeavors, each piece is subject to the artist's unique interpretation and creative expression. We strongly recommend that clients familiarize themselves with our portfolio and artistic style before commissioning a custom piece. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the inherent subjectivity of art. Accordingly, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted based on dissatisfaction with the artistic interpretation of the finished piece. All payments are non-refundable without exception.

2. Submission of Flowers
Clients are responsible for ensuring their flowers are delivered to Ever Sage within seven (7) days of the event date provided at the time of booking. Failure to comply with this timeline may result in the automatic cancellation of your order, with no refunds or exchanges issued.

3. Loss or Damage During Shipping
In the event your artwork is lost or stolen during shipment via FedEx, any insurance proceeds collected will be applied to either:

  • Refund the total value of your order, up to a maximum of $1,000, or

  • Cover the cost to recreate the piece, if feasible.
    This determination will be made at Ever Sage’s sole discretion, based on the specific circumstances of the loss.

4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled at any time by either party; however, all payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable, with no exceptions.

5. Grounds for Order Cancellation by Ever Sage
Your order may be subject to cancellation under the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment: Failure to remit payment within fifteen (15) days of the issued invoice.

  • Incomplete Documentation: Failure to submit the required Design Review Form within ten (10) days of the second reminder notice.

  • Consultation Scheduling: Failure to schedule your consultation after two (2) reminder attempts.

  • Late Flower Submission: Failure to deliver your flowers within seven (7) days of the event date.

6. Changes to Event Date
If you need to change the date of your event, you must notify Ever Sage in writing as soon as possible. Event date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Failure to provide timely notice of a date change may result in the cancellation of your order, with no refunds issued.

7. Financial Obligations Upon Termination
If an order is terminated for any reason, whether by the client or Ever Sage, the client remains responsible for payment of all invoices and any fees incurred up to the date of termination.

8. Delinquent Payments
In the event of late payment, all outstanding balances will become immediately due and payable. Failure to settle the account within fifteen (15) days of notice will result in automatic order termination. Ever Sage reserves the right to pursue any legal remedies available to recover unpaid balances.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom frame orders cannot be returned. 
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shop Items
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@eversagedesigns.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
